The USDA has had a change to their Eligibility Maps.  Murrysville is now eligible for the USDA Rural Development Loan Program.  Previous maps excluded Murrysville from USDA Financing.  The USDA has relaxed some of their geographic requirements and now some larger towns that don’t necessarily have a rural feel are zoned as eligible for the USDA Rural Development Loan Program.
