Chadds Ford Township is the only area of Delaware County that is actually eligible for the no down payment USDA Rural Development Loan Program.   USDA Loan eligible areas are determined by the USDA census map.  All other areas of Delaware County, Pennsylvania have been deemed as too densely populated to qualify for this rural  mortgage program.
